By accessing or using Penmarks ("Service"), operated by Foundry Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Penmarks provides electronic signature services that allow users to send, sign, and manage documents digitally. Our services are designed to comply with applicable electronic signature laws, including the ESIGN Act and UETA.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Penmarks operates on a pay-per-use model at $1 per envelope sent. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Foundry Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foundry Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
